Florida’s vote-by-mail rules have changed—and many Palm Beach County Democrats are no longer signed up to get a mail ballot in 2026. These are some of our most reliable voters—and unless we reach them, many could be left behind. Your quick, helpful conversations will make a real difference. You can make calls whenever it works for you–anytime between 9am-8pm on Mon-Sat, and 11am-7pm on Sun!  Sign up to be sent all the details and begin making your calls. Training and support provided.

Democratic Women's Club of Palm Beach County and the Democratic Veterans Caucus of Florida invite you to a Zoom program.  "Democratic Candidates Forum: US Congress"  on Saturday July 11, 2026, 11:30 am to 1:00 pm. Please note, this is the second Saturday! Democratic candidates for US Congress are invited.       Each will address their district boundaries (if available,) qualifications for office, and their first year's priority issue(s) if elected or re-elected.        Time permitting, those with a primary election in August may answer questions from constituents. Join the Palm Beach County DEC for our 5 Weeks to Win Weekend of Action Phonebank as we make calls and have conversations with friendly Palm Beach Democrats. Phonebank Location:124 Monroe Dr,West Palm Beach, FL, 33405 We’ll spend the first half an hour socializing and having lunch, and then we'll use the Scale to Win dialer to help Democrats re-enroll in Vote-by-Mail and to reach left-leaning NPAs who need to be reminded they should still vote in the primaries. The dialer hides your phone number and only connects you when a voter answers. No experience is necessary, and training will be provided before we begin making calls. Mark your calendars for 7/12, 7/26, 8/9, 8/23, 9/13, 9/27, 10/4, 10/11, 10/18, 10/25, and 11/1 from 2-4.  We will call voters throughout Palm Beach County  to inform them about the primary and general elections.   We will also train Precinct Organizers how to use the VAN database.  Please register today. Help people develop the good habit of visiting votepalmbeach.gov to check their status, learn about how to run for office, and become pollworkers.  Let them know that any unregistered adults in the home can register online. Among other things, you will: Learn how to get a list of all registered Dems in your Precinct Know how many are newly registered Dems and download their contact information Know exactly which Dems have not re-applied to get their mail-in ballot Create lists to give to your volunteers Learn how to ""Cut Turf" - create a map & matching list of Dems to knock on doors Learn how to create a list of "HOT" Dems to volunteer in the Neighbor to Neighbor Ambassador program

Volunteers are needed to inform and educate voters on the importance of updating their Voter Registration data and renewing Vote By Mail. DMV's are a critical partner with the SOE in maintaining accurate records. They are also a primary resource to complete and submit of Voter Registration applications.  Please join us to reach out to voters at our local DMV's. The proposed $2.5 Billion AI Data center is located right next to people's homes, close to the Saddle View Elementary School. and could seriously compromise the Everglades.  Reinaldo Diaz, chair of the PBC Environmental Caucus will be presenting the case against allowing the Tango Project to proceed. This is one of the most important roles in the election. People arrive at the polls sometimes not knowing who is on the ballot.  Poll Greeters help them find the Democratic Candidates by directing them to the online 2026 Voter Guide. We also help them to find their individual sample ballot at VotePalmBeach.gov People can avoid long lines by booking an appointment here.   Pick your shift 7-10, 10-1, 1-4, and 4-7.  Bring your own chair, weather protection, and snacks. Bring slate cards and a clip board and paper to collect the name, email and telephone number of people who want to volunteer for the Democratic Party. People can join our mailing list at PBCDemocraticParty.org All "Poll Greeters"  are asked to take the optional "Poll Watcher" Training from the Florida Democratic Party.  In the unlikely event that a "Poll Greeter" witnesses unusual activity, the one-hour Poll Watcher Training Certification will allow you to act as a "Poll Watcher" to speak with the Clerk inside the polling location.
