Florida’s vote-by-mail rules have changed—and many Palm Beach County Democrats are no longer signed up to get a mail ballot in 2026. These are some of our most reliable voters—and unless we reach them, many could be left behind. Your quick, helpful conversations will make a real difference. You can make calls whenever it works for you–anytime between 9am-8pm on Mon-Sat, and 11am-7pm on Sun!  Sign up to be sent all the details and begin making your calls. Training and support provided.

Volunteers are needed to inform and educate voters on the importance of updating their Voter Registration data and renewing Vote By Mail. DMV's are a critical partner with the SOE in maintaining accurate records. They are also a primary resource to complete and submit of Voter Registration applications.  Please join us to reach out to voters at our local DMV's. We’ll use the Scale to Win dialer to call from home and help Democrats re-enroll in vote-by-mail. The dialer hides your phone number and only connects you when a voter answers. No experience is necessary, and training will be provided before we begin making calls. You will need: A smartphone Headset, earbuds, or AirPods recommended A laptop or tablet preferred, but not required

Join the PBC DEC Voter Registration Team for a 1/2 hour call.  We have permits to speak with voters about checking their voter status, and re-registering with the Democratic Party at DMVs, Libraries, and other community gathering places.  Hop on the call.  Get your supplies, and build your own voter outreach team today!

Mark your calendars for 7/12, 7/26, 8/9, 9/13, 9/20, 9/27, 10/4, 10/11, 10/18, 10/25, and 11/1 from 2-4.  We will call voters throughout Palm Beach County  to inform them about the primary and general elections.   We will also train Precinct Organizers how to use the VAN database.  Please register today. Help people develop the good habit of visiting votepalmbeach.gov to check their status, learn about how to run for office, and become pollworkers.  Let them know that any unregistered adults in the home can register online. Candidates are invited to bring their volunteers.  Candidates or their surrogates are invited to speak about their campaigns for 5 minutes.  Refreshments will be served.  “Democracy cannot succeed unless those who express their choice are prepared to choose wisely.
